Our premises near Neu-Isenburg are south of Offenbach at the B 46 (A-road). At the beginning of existence of our premises back in 1957, we had an aerial size of 7,000 sq. ms. (75,350 sq. ft.) incl. our swimming lake with 3,000 sq. ms. (32,300 sq. ft.). Nowadays, after several extensions, we have an aerial size of 122,400 sq. ms. (146,400 sq. yd.) of which 55,000 sq. ms. (62,800 sq. yd.) are in the ownership of the club. The funds to purchase the additional area were raised by our members. The preservation of our entire premises is predominantly ensured by voluntary work of our members.

Apart from the manifold sports facilities, our premises provide camp sites for caravans and tents. Furthermore, we have a club house, a managed cafeteria, a changing room with lockers, several sunbathing areas and sanitary facilities.

For our kids and youths, we have a well equipped play centre with playground equipment and a wading pool for our youngsters. For those, who are too old for the playground, we have the so-called «DoDo-Bude». Our teenagers meet regularly in the youth studio.

Dogs are not permitted on the entire premises (naturally this includes all other animals except aquariums and small animals that are kept in cages).
